Micromax has launched world’s cheapest smartphone running with Android Marshmallow with RS.3, 999.


The Indian smartphone maker company Micromax has introduced the cheapest smartphone “Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus” with Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the Indian Market. The smartphone is available for RS.3, 999 on the shopping portal Snapdeal from last Friday.

The company has launched this cheapest smartphone especially for first-time smartphone users. This is the company’s first smartphone which runs on Marshmallow.
During the launch event held for this smartphone, Mr.Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Officer of Micromax said, “With the launch of the Canvas Spark 2 Plus, we are offering first time users, with a smooth transition at a wallet-friendly price.
